Changes to the chat rules

Please note that the chat rules have been updated. The following item has been added to the list of violations:

• Trading messages in the general chat — The ban of the chat is given for messages about the sale/ purchase of something outside the "Trade" chat.
  

Please trade where it does not interfere with other players. Thank you for your understanding and have a nice game!
