Frozen eternity

Often Mulgan likes to tell stories about the Sphere where the locals have fully comprehended the time. They were able to accelerate and slow down some processes, including their own aging.
This Sphere was ruled by Soron, a powerful elf. He lived for millions of years, and none of the locals knew how and when he appeared in their Sphere, but everyone was pleased with his rule and the magic of time that he brought to the world.
But where did Soron get such power from? It turned out that Soron found out that his Sphere was created by the Nameless One. And with the help of a gap in space, he managed to scoop up some of the power of the creator of his world. From it he forged a shield in the form of a melted clock. So unusual magic appeared in that world, and the elves, who liked the ruler, began to live forever.
But you can't steal from the Nameless Ones. Therefore, when the creator found out that an immortal elf had been ruling in his world for millions of years, he decided to take revenge. But the Nameless One did not destroy his creation. Instead, he just stopped time. In one second, the king's heart stopped, the birds in the sky froze, and the sand in the clock stopped falling.
It's all true, only it happened in another world. And as confirmation of this story, Mulgan demonstrates a shield in the form of a melted clock.
