Digger's helmet

Underground, it is very important to protect your head, so kobolds made special helmets. They also put candles on them to see better in the underground darkness, as well as to track the movement of air.
 
After the start of the war with the dwarves, helmets began to be converted into military helmets in order to protect their heads not only from protruding stones, but also from the blows of dwarf swords. When the war ended, the need for helmets disappeared. However, the kobolds did not refuse them, because they turned out to be better than the old helmets. They only added a special place for candles, as it was in peaceful times.
