Mortana, bring it!

Viktor Novak was a real man of the future. He grew up in an aristocratic family and instead of burning through his parents' inheritance, he began to study technology and magic. He believed that it was possible to make people's lives much easier if magic and science were combined, and he succeeded.
 
Viktor Novak's first breakthrough experiment was his cat Mortana. She was not just a pet of a scientist, but also a faithful partner. She may not have made any drawings, but she always knew what kind of tool to give her master.
 
While working on a project to extract water and deliver it to homes, Victor accidentally dropped a piece of pipe on Mortane's paw. The scientist tried his best to save the limb of the cat, but could not: the paw still had to be amputated. Victor could not watch his beloved pet limping, so he began to look for a solution to the problem.
 
The scientist created a small mechanical prosthesis that worked with the help of hidden runes and mechanisms. The unusual device restored the cat to its former flexibility and mobility, so it continued to work together with its owner.
