Pagari's Story

The main headgear of all jungle explorers were pagari — pieces of dense fabric covering the head. Now it's just a beautiful accessory, but before it had a practical purpose.
 
The first expedition, which went into the jungle, faced many dangers: snakes, animated trees, ngeru nui and others. Scientists found salvation in a local tribe that wore a pagari on its head. Runes were inscribed on the fabric from the inside, which protected the savages.
Months later, the researchers returned home with a pagari on their head. The headdress was liked not only by the king, but also by the courtiers, so they began to order the same ones for themselves. Naturally, there are no runes on them. But wearing such a headdress makes you a real jungle explorer.
