The Shattered Blade

While the event lasts, debris may fall out of monsters at least 5 levels from yours, combining which, you can get various useful things to improve equipment and increase the chance of finding an item, as well as an accumulating gain that will last all the time of the event and a week after it.
 
When combining the restored blades, you will be able to get one of three new epic boots with 6 colorless inlay slots:

• Boots of the Rock — when receiving a control effect, increases protection by 7% for 15 seconds. It works no more than once every 40 seconds.
  
• Flow Boots — When the wearer's health drops to 30%, increases the movement speed by 25% for 12 seconds. It works no more than once every 60 seconds.
  
• Avalanche Boots — when dealing a critical blow, increases the speed of movement by 15% for 10 seconds. It works no more than once every 10 seconds.
  

If you still haven't received the boots after 24 attempts, you are guaranteed to receive them on the 25th attempt!
 
Other prizes when combining blades include the title of “Blade Master” (increases damage, attack speed and spells by 1%.), as well as reinforcement, which increases damage, attack speed and the use of abilities. The effect of the split blade is summed up to 30 times. The first stack gives an increase of 1%, all subsequent ones by 0.5%.
 
While the premium account is active, the chance of falling debris doubles.
 
Killing a representative of the opposite faction allows you to pick up half of the debris that he had with him, and once a day your faction will receive a boost for the number of combined items of this event.
